Starting with shipments on January 30, 2024, the raw material burdock has been changed from Chinese to domestically produced, and chili peppers have been eliminated, making this a China-free product. -
Yuba no yahatamaki (120g)
Softened burdock is wrapped in plenty of yuba and topped with sauce to create a delicious Yawatamaki.
Comes in a single piece, making it easy to use up. -
Hamo kenchin yaki (270g x 2 pieces)
The meat is mixed with colorful vegetables and then sandwiched between teriyaki pike conger eel seasoned with our own original sauce.

Sanma yuan-yaki (12g x 35 pieces)
The Sanma is wrapped in a sardine and grilled in a Yuan style, cut into bite-sized pieces for easy eating. It's an elaborate and beautiful dish.

The bones of fresh yellowtail are carefully removed and then grilled until plump and tender in a special teriyaki sauce.

The dough is made from unohana (tofu root) purchased from a traditional tofu shop and is used to wrap rape blossoms and bamboo shoots.

Pumpkin is used as a base, and the meat is softened with yam and minced fish, then carefully wrapped in shrimp and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Yuba shojin maki
Hijiki, carrots, and edamame are mixed into the lotus root base and then wrapped in yuba.
When deep fried, the crispy yuba on the outside and the sticky lotus root inside create an addictive contrast. -
Tori no Konsai No Attakani (Warmly simmered chicken and root vegetables)
Chicken and root vegetables simmered with plenty of ginger to warm you from the inside.
