Product Features

It has two layers: one layer of conger eel paste mixed with perilla leaves and "Asakura Sansho®", and the other layer mixed with conger eel meat so that you can enjoy the texture of the conger eel. The surface is coated with miso with the scent of kinome leaf and then baked.
